Group Personal Training
Group personal training is similar to a class with a maximum of only 6 people participating. You are grouped with others of similar age, ability and goals, or you can form a group with friends.

We provide two one-hour sessions per week, all supervised and run by a qualified personal trainer.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

  • More motivation to come to the gym as times are set each week. Less boredom as each class will be different. This allows for different styles of training to be undertaken.
  • Less risk of injury – having a personal trainer constantly monitoring technique greatly reduces the risk of injury from incorrect weight lifting technique.
  • Progression is faster as you are constantly pushed to achieve your personal best.
  • You get to train with a group of friends to help pass the time faster.
